Fratellos Prosecco Bar™
Located in picturesque Dubrovnik lies a hidden gem among gems. Fratellos Prosecco Bar is an upscale and breathtaking establishment with multiple levels. The view of the Adriatic Sea is second to none, accompanied with a stellar layout and design this is one "bar" you will never forget. It is the first Prosecco bar in Croatia and is most definitely a place you must visit if in Dubrovnik. They have a great selection of drinks and delicious bites.
When approached to create the brand identity, it was a true honor and privilege. The whole concept behind the logo and brand elements was to tie in a number of overruling principles. The first (and most important) was family, this locale was founded by a group of three brothers (hence the name FRATELLOS, fratello is brother in Italian). The second principle was the original building that has been there since, well, forever. The building had an awesome feature that I saw as a potential inspirational piece to incorporate into the logo, which is a large window with three stone arches. The third and final element was to bond the stone walls of the world famous city of Dubrovnik. The city is filled with incredible architecture and the arches are predominant.
Taking everything into consideration, I wanted to create a subtle, theme inspired design that would carry over into the interior/exterior design of the locale. The steel forged entrance door and railings all have the arches meshed into them. It makes for a one of a kind experience, the true meaning of lounging and enjoyment.
